This week we travel to the ROAR 1/8 scale nationals.

I built this scale truck for our 2008 RC Rock Crawler special issue. It is based on Tamiya's CC-01 chassis and features a Pro-Line Ambush body.

This is what happens when you push a hydro to the edge. This is the Pro Boat 1/8-scale Miss Llumar.

This is a pic of my Pro Boat, 1/8-scale, gas powered, Miss Llumar hydro. This thing looks awesome out on the water.

This is a custom built boat from Bonzi Sports and you’ll be seeing it in the magazine soon. It features custom paint, twin modified Zenoah engines, dual rudders, ¼-scale throttle and steering servos, counter rotating props, clutches, and race tuned pipes. This is one of the sickest boats ever.

This is my Pro Boat PT 109. It comes out of the box as you see here, so all the hard work is done for you. That is if you don't like building scale models. This boat looks even cooler at dusk because it comes with LED running lights.

The Pro-Line Dodge Power Wagon was such a cool body. I used it on a couple of my project vehicles for RC Car Action becuase of its unique looks and super tough appearance. It would be great on a rock crawler, but would have to be scaled down because this body was meant for Maxx size trucks. The picture here is of my project Traxxas T-Maxx that was featured in the Mega Mods article of the 2004 RC Car Action Buyers' Guide.
